Payment is due on any and all dental services at the time of service. If we are billing insurance, a payment of your estimated portion will be due at the time of service. For your convenience we offer Care Credit financing as a payment option. They offer payment plans up to 12 months interest free. You can access the Care Credit website by clicking here.
If you have dental insurance we will bill your insurance company as a courtesy, but it is your responsibility to understand the details and coverage of your dental plan, and to advise our office of any changes as soon as possible. We are not responsible for what they will or will not cover.
Please remember that all arrangements are strictly between you and our office. The full responsibility for payment of services rendered will always be with you.
