 Confirmation Policy:

We consider our appointments confirmed when they are made. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to keep the commitments you make with our office.

As a courtesy, we send electronic appointment reminders prior to your appointment. You will have the option to respond to these reminders,  indicating to us that you are aware of, and will be keeping your appointment.  Once confirmed, please consider any subsequent communication a friendly reminder. If you have not responded electronically, we will call you the day before your appointment. Once again, please remember that these communications are a courtesy and that it is ultimately your responsibility to keep the commitments you make with our office.


 Cancellation Policy:

We appreciate the value of your time and request from you equal consideration in keeping your appointments on time. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment please extend at least 24 hours notice so the time reserved for you may be given to someone else. A cancellation charge may be applied to your account if you cancel within this time frame and will be applied if you fail your appointment altogether.
